Mocha Moods: A Whole Diabetes Vibe
When I started designing the Mocha Moods Collection, I didn’t just create products, I basically turned my entire wardrobe into a walking mocha mood. Think cosy neutrals, transitional tones, and all the warm latte vibes that just scream autumn. It was a total move away from the pinks Organising Chaos is known for (hello, stepping out of the OC comfort zone), and I have to say, I’m obsessed.
This collection was quite literally fuelled by oat lattes (because if you know me, you know I basically run on them). Every sketch, every design decision, every “should I make this in mocha or beige?” moment had a cup of creamy oat latte sitting beside me. And honestly, You can feel that vibe throughout the whole range; it’s cosy, calming, and made for the season.
Now, let’s talk about my favourite product: the Fuelled by Insulin & Coffee charm. It’s not just a fun accessory, it’s my life in one phrase. Cute, latte-inspired, and the perfect nod to the fact that I quite literally survive on a mix of insulin and caffeine. It’s a little daily reminder that diabetes management is hard work, but hey, at least coffee helps. You can clip it to your phone (aka your medical device if you use it to monitor blood sugars or control your pump), attach it to your insulin pump, iPad, or even your diabetes kitbag. Wherever it goes, it adds a bit of personality while being completely relatable.
Of course, the Type One Diabetes Bear Charm deserves a special mention too. It’s ridiculously cute, totally on-trend, but also practical, doubling up as a subtle medical alert for type one diabetics. Like the coffee charm, it can clip onto pretty much anything, making it a stylish but meaningful addition to your diabetes gear. And not Type One, we have the insulin holding Dia-Bear-tes too.
