Why are you not shipping to the EU?

From 13th December, Organising Chaos will be pausing all dispatches to Europe due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GSPR). These regulations have introduced unclear rules that significantly impact small businesses like ours. Until there is better guidance on how to comply, this precautionary step is being taken to ensure everything remains above board and fully aligned with legal requirements.

This decision was not made lightly but is a necessary measure. The priority is always to protect our customers and the business during this period of regulatory uncertainty. By pausing dispatches, Organising Chaos can focus on gaining the clarity needed to safely resume shipping to Europe.

Why are you not shipping to Canada?

Due to the Canada mail strikes, our delivery partner paused all shipments to Canada.While a resolution is being sought, we’ve decided to hold off on Canada orders until we resume shipping in the new year (we are currently paused for Christmas). This will allow time for the situation to stabilise and ensure your orders can be delivered without unnecessary delays or complications.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-8 working days. I do my very best to process orders as quickly as possible.

Clothing Only: Our turnaround time is 8 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period + delivery time.

Do you ship to my country?

I ship all over the world, you should be able to find your shipping destination at the checkout. If your country isn't listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate delivery.

Delivery timings & costs

Please note, the delivery times listed below are estimates and may be affected by customs and courier delays.

International deliveries can take a little longer, so we appreciate your patience.

If your package hasn’t arrived yet, we kindly ask that you wait at least 4 weeks from the date of your dispatch email before reaching out to us.

For peace of mind and protection, international orders are all sent via a tracked service.

UK Delivery: 1-5 working days

EU Delivery: 3-10 working days

Worldwide Delivery: 5-15 working days

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and are calculated at the checkout

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will only receive a tracking number if you have picked a tracked delivery service at the checkout. If you picked a tracked service you will receive this in your dispatch email.

Where is my order?

Your order will take the above processing time plus the estimated delivery times. Sometimes it can take a little longer and unfortunately once your order has left Organising Chaos HQ we are not in charge of how fast it gets to you.

If you have waited the estimated times above and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us within 8 weeks of your dispatch date. After this time we are unable to process lost mail claims.

Customs, Tax or duty & returned orders

Please note any customs tax or duty applied to your package is your responsibility to pay when entering your country. The rules in EU have recently changed and VAT and duty will be applied to every order despite the value, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. To find out what the charges will be, you must check with your countries individual rules and regulations.

If your order is returned to Organising Chaos HQ, it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to have it resent out to you or you will receive a refund excluding the original shipping costs

Returns Information

What is the refund policy?

We really hope you love every Organising Chaos purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order using the contact form or email.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.

There are a few items we stock that can’t be returned or exchanged due to products made to order so please make a note of this before making your purchase.

Clothing:

We encourage you to refer to the size guide before making a purchase. Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Device Patches & Stickers:

Due to the nature of the product, our patches are non-refundable and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We recommend trying one patch first to see how it works for you. If you have any issues with the adhesive, using a skin barrier wipe/spray may help improve the stickiness and extend wear time.

What happens if my product is faulty?

If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you. Please include your order number and images showing the damage.

Returned to Sender

Orders are sometimes returned to Organising Chaos, if you have entered the wrong address or failed to claim the order. If your order is returned to us, you are entitled to a refund for the products (minus the postage) alternatively you will have the option to pay for the items to be reshipped.
