Important Care Information
Please handle your shoe charms with care.
To safely remove a charm without damaging the charm or your shoe, always reach inside the shoe and firmly push the base (post) of the charm upwards while gently wiggling it free.

Never pull the charm from the front design. Pulling from the outside can cause the backing to snap.
As with all shoe charms, repeated removal or incorrect handling may damage either the charm or your footwear. Organising Chaos cannot accept liability for breakages or damage caused to shoes during fitting or removal.
Treat them gently and they'll keep adding a little happiness to every step.

Order Processing Time:
Typically, orders are processed within 1-8 working days. I always hustle to make it happen as fast as I can, but when things get super busy, it might take the full 8 working days, plus the time it takes for delivery.
