This Love season, I wanted to create something a little different for the diabetes community, something slower, softer and rooted in self love rather than pressure.

While I was recovering from surgery, a Diabuddy gifted me a colouring book. At first, it felt simple. Almost too simple. But I quickly realised how calming it was to sit quietly, focus on something creative and give my nervous system a break. No fixing blood sugars or productivity, just being present.
That experience inspired my first ever colouring pages for diabetics, created as motivational love notes to yourself. These Valentine’s colouring pages feature designs from my OC Love Collection designs many of you already know and love reimagined as artwork you can colour at your own pace.

These pages are designed to support mindfulness, rest and emotional wellbeing for people living with diabetes. You can print them at home or colour them digitally using apps like Procreate, making them accessible no matter how you prefer to create.
The colouring pages can be purchased but are available FREE to OC Club members inside the OC Club Hub, alongside other freebies, early access to collections and exclusive discounts.
If you fall in love with the designs, you can also purchase them as physical diabetic accessories within the OC Love Collection, including items designed to help decorate and personalise your diabetes devices while offering gentle reminders that you are more than your numbers.

This Valentine’s, consider this your permission slip to slow down, be kind to yourself and embrace your diabetes with compassion rather than criticism.
Because self love with diabetes isn’t always loud, sometimes it’s just colouring inside the lines.
