Diabetic Christmas has Landed!

Diabetic Christmas has Landed!

It’s officially that time of year again…

Diabetic Christmas has arrived at Organising Chaos! The fairy lights are twinkling, the festive snacks are being prebolused for and this year’s collection might just be my favourite one yet.

After months (and I mean months) of planning, the 2025 Diabetic Christmas Collection is finally here  and let’s just say… you lot did not hold back.

As always, the waitlist and OC Club got first dibs (you know I love giving my Close Diabuddies early access). The early-bird drop went live a few days ago, and true to tradition, a lot has already sold out or is running very low. So if you’ve been eyeing up your favourite piece, now’s the time to grab it before the last few vanish!

🎄 What’s Inside This Year’s Diabetic Christmas Collection

This year’s line-up includes some absolute festive favourites, new and old. Each piece has been designed to sprinkle a little joy and diabetes pride onto your Christmas tree, gift wrapping and stocking fillers.

Here’s what you can expect:

✨ The Diabetes Awareness Decorations
My personal favourite, I know many of you feel the same, are the Diabetes Awareness Christmas Decorations. These are such a beautiful way to spread awareness in a subtle, stylish way. Each one has been carefully crafted from responsibly sourced maple wood and engraved with designs that blend festive charm and diabetes pride.

There’s a blue Diabetes Awareness Circle Wreath, a blue festive insulin vial and even a pink and red version for those who love a pop of colour. I wanted something that would look at home on any tree, whether you go full-on glam or keep it cosy and traditional. These decorations are conversation starters and gentle reminders that diabetes doesn’t take a holiday.

🍪 The Gingerbread Jelly Babies Are Back
Yes, the Festive Glucose Guardians have returned! These little jelly babies in gingerbread form were such a hit last year that I had to bring them back. They’re here to remind you that you’re never alone in your hypo battles, a cute, comforting little token to pin to your diabetes kit or hang proudly on your tree.

🎅 Santa’s On Insulin Delivery Duty
It wouldn’t be an OC Christmas without Santa. This year he’s delivering insulin instead of presents because honestly, that’s the real gift that keeps on giving.

💙 Why I Love This Collection

When I started Organising Chaos, my goal was always to make diabetes feel seen, not hidden. Christmas can be a tricky time for those of us living with type one diabetes. Between the food, the routines, the highs and the hypos, it’s a lot.

But these decorations are a way to reclaim that. They’re fun, festive and full of meaning. Whether you hang them on your tree, gift them to a fellow Diabuddy or add them to your collection from last year, they’re a way to celebrate how far you’ve come and that you're greater than your highs & lows.

If you missed early access, don’t panic, there’s still time to shop what’s left. But fair warning: a lot of designs are already low in stock, and once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked before Christmas.

So grab your favourites while you can, and maybe treat a fellow Diabuddy while you’re there (they will love you for it).
